Technology VOIS provides support to multiple Vodafone local markets and group entities. Our global team consists of 12,000+ skilled professionals across Egypt, India, and Europe, offering services including application development, testing, operations, analytics, cyber security, and more.
Business Solutions & Project Management Office
Our priorities are to sell, build and run the lifecycles of Vodafone Business customers through innovation and transformation through +1400 professional engineers. We support Vodafone Group to deliver products and solutions, including IoT, cloud, mobility and connectivity solutions, SD-WAN and more.
Cloud and Infrastructure, VCI
We have Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network expertise to serve Vodafone's global entities and markets. We act as a technology incubator, aiming to excel in niche areas and develop added-value to infrastructure products, focused on productivity, new technology, automation, and scalability.
Corporate Applications
We manage the application development and operations of EVO, Vodafone's Global ERP system. This system runs Vodafone's Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functions. We also provide SAP AD/AO services to 6 local markets and user experience and interface services.
Cyber Security
Our team consists of 340+ cyber security experts across India and Romania, offering cybersecurity architecture and engineering, cyber operations, vulnerability management, penetration testing, technology risk and compliance, and DevSecOps services across 15+ markets and Group entities.
Data and Analytics
We're a team of 1100+ data enthusiasts across India and Egypt, providing business intelligence, big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning services to Vodafone entities. This enables data-driven business decisions through valuable insights at optimum costs.
Digital Engineering Channels and products
We develop digital channels like apps, webs, IVR, and chatbots through agile, SAFe, and DevOps delivery. We design, test, and operate Vodafone Group products and platforms like MPESA, DXL, VF ID, payment, Group ToBi, Device Insurance, OneApp, Retail10, Device Lifecycle Management, OneNumber and eSim.
Quality Assurance and Testing
We aim to provide the best engineering quality in the Telco landscape with reduced cost, which is supported by automation, performance engineering, test environment, and test data management. Our 60+ award-winning portfolio spans 30+ services across 11 local markets and 9 Vodafone Group projects.
Telco IT
We manage IT deliveries in BSS and integration for various markets and Vodafone Groups. Our 850+ agile teams have capabilities across BSS domains and technologies, viz. Siebel, Salesforce, Amdocs, and product development. Our IT has an extensive Tibco integration capability, followed by Web Methods.
IT Platforms & Automation
We aim to enable and support software engineering, IT operations teams and other business units through competitive world-class capabilities. We specialise in IT services management, cloud engineering, processes digitisation robotics and intelligent automation.
IT Operations
We're a global team of 3,000+ operation engineering experts delivering e2e IT operations for Vodafone Group services for BSS stacks. Our expertise is in platform and service reliability (SRE), automation, DevOps, and service optimisation for both on-premises and Cloud, leveraging all ITIL processes.
