An app that fights Climate change, Covid-19 and cancer whilst we sleep.
DreamLab is a Vodafone Foundation app for Android and iOS that enables users to donate the power of their smartphones to accelerate world-leading cancer and COVID-19 research, through partners like Imperial College London. Following the outbreak of COVID-19, the app was repurposed to fight the virus and launched across 16 countries. It has now been downloaded more than one million times with over 250,000 regular users.
Participating Vodafone markets make the app free for customers to use on the Vodafone network (zero rated).
To date, DreamLab has contributed to three cancer discoveries and three COVID-19 projects being completed.
